Abstract: In order toeffects of sublethal doses on metabolic enzymes of lambda‐cyhalothrin to Bactrocera correcta (Bezzi) ,the toxicity and metabolic enzymes of lambda‐cyhalothrin todifferent populationsof B . correctahave beendetectedinresidual film method .The results show that the population resistance ratiois 11 .50 after the reagent selected 15 generations ,it reaches medium resistance level .Under LC10 ,LC25 and LC50 of lambda‐cyhalothrin ,activity of CarE and GSTare significantly increased in susceptible population (p<0 .05) ,but activity of CarE and GSTareno significant in resistant population .Activity of CAT and POD areno significant in different populations .It indicated thatCarE and GST activity promotion associat‐ed with the resistance development ofsusceptible population .
