Abstract

The guiding principle ofcorrectly handling the relationship between reform, development and stability, which isput forward by the Party's third generation of leading group, is not only a politicalguiding policy, but also the important development of the theory of basic socialcontradictions in that it marks the perfection of the third phase of the theory of basicsocial contradictions, realizes the operability of the theory of basic socialcontradictions and enriches and promotes the theory of basic social contradictions.
