Abstract

Work temperament is an important part of personality which includes motivation, aptitude and temperament. A person's temperament influences his job performance. The studies on occupation quality of teachers give the information about the operational definition and dimensions of work temperament of normal university students. Through surveys, the formal work temperament questionnaire of normal university students can be formed.
