  • The concept of productivity that List put forward meam national productivity in the proper sense,so it is different from the normal meaning of individual or social production capecity. National productivity is composed of such elements as follow:science, technology,people's quality, social and political situations,regime,natural resources,and existing physical production condition.AS a matter of a fact, the synthesis of national productivity suggests comprensive national power. To expand comprehensive national power, especially for the developing countries,the social and economic growth should be brought into line, but,first of all, the development of science and education.
