智利中小学教师信息技术素养培养及其启示
Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Information Technology Literacy Training in Chile and Its Inspirations

摘要: 智利在依托全国性教育信息化计划培养中小学教师信息技术素养方面独具特色,采取了"先基础后应用,再专题研讨""将培养内容融入专题研讨会""关注技术的教育应用,而非技术本身"等培养策略,制定有"政府主导,高校参与"和教师与学校管理人员协同共进等保障措施。在丰富、完善培养策略与保障措施方面,智利的实践经验对我国中小学教师信息技术素养培养具有积极借鉴意义。Abstract: Chile is unique in terms of training primary and secondary school teachers' information technology literacy based on national education information program. The training strategies that Chile carried out are "foundation first, then application, and seminar followed", "integrating training content into seminars", and "paying close attention to the educational application of technologyinstead of technology itself", etc. The safeguard measures that Chile adopted are "government leading and university participation" for resource supplying, school administrators' coordination, etc. The practical experience of Chile may offer some reference for enriching and perfecting the training strategies and safeguard measures for training primary and secondary school teachers'information technology literacy in China.
