  • National teacher qualification examination offers both opportunity and crisis to normal colleges. It is beneficial to normal colleges, which includes enhancing the education quality, highlighting the competitive advantages, improving the enrollment quality and stimulating the innovation consciousness. Meanwhile, it is detrimental to teacher education, which contains leading to test-orientated tendency, damaging the uniqueness and causing marginalization and deregulation. In order to turn crisis into opportunity and remain invincible position in the fierce competition, it's necessary for normal colleges to make a comprehensive adjustment and reform from aspects of the training program, curriculum content and teaching methods and so on.
