Abstract
The British 1988 Education Reform Act promulgated and determined the unified national curriculum, strengthening the government's control of education. With the implementation of the national curriculum, problems have gradually emerged. Under the pressure of achievement goals, students' attitude to schools and the core curriculum generally decreased so that the imagination and creativity of the students are suppressed. Creative Partnership broke the shackles of the national curriculum, established a partnership between creative practitioners and schools, and enriched and stimulated the school education. Based on partnership, the Creative Partnership Program offers quite some new ways of promoting students' creativity, such as more flexible course management development, interdisciplinary teaching methods, emphasis on art education and diversified partnership projects.
